Planning and Zoning seeks the health, safety, peace, convenience, and general welfare of the inhabitants of Ammon by implementing orderly growth and development that fosters a wholesome, serviceable, and attractive city. We strive to promote good provisions for economy, transportation, and industry, while still protecting the unique people and assets of the region.
We provide staff support in the processing of annexation, zoning, plats, development agreements, site plans, conditional use permits, and variances.
